Scottish Ambulance Service, Save a life Cymru and Save a Life for Scotland are official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title holders for most views of a CPR lesson on YouTube over 24 hours.

On Thursday 10th of October 2024 Save A Life For Scotland hosted a live stream CPR training event as part of international World Restart A Heart Day.

The purpose of the event was to enable as many people as possible throughout Scotland and Wales to learn CPR in line with Scotland's Strategy for Out Of Hospital Cardiac Arrests 2021-2026 and Wales Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest Plan 2017.

The event was led by Paramedic Clinical Team Lead Lee Myers from the Scottish Ambulance Service with support from SALFS partners, Save a life Cymru and South of Scotland Enterprise.
